30-Day Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Shopper Returns of Buy with Prime Orders
If you made a purchase using Buy with Prime, follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Open your order confirmation email and select View Order.
- Select Order Details to view your order details page.
- Select Return on the order details page.Note: The Return button appears only after the order has been delivered.
- Enter any additional information about the return (e.g., reason for returning).
- Confirm the estimated refund amount and the summary of return details to create the return.
- A return confirmation email will be sent.
- From the return confirmation email, select Print Return Label and attach the label to your package.
- Drop off the package at the location listed on the return label.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging), and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
